Runway condition reporting (RCR) operates from 12:00 to 24:00 UTC Monday–Friday and 14:00–16:00 and 17:00–20:00 UTC Sunday from October 1 to May 31, with three hours’ prior notice required at other times. The caution advising that the runway is not recommended for high-performance aircraft due to a foreign-object-debris hazard is deleted.
