Interpretation

Amend the published procedures: delete the 1,000 ft ASL circuit altitude for all runways. For departures from runways 24L and 24R, climb on runway heading to 1,100 ft ASL BPOC or in the circuit. All VFR aircraft leaving the control zone must climb to not above 1,100 ft ASL unless otherwise assigned by ATC.
