Medevac helicopters will operate from a temporary, lighted, asphalt, non-instrument final approach and takeoff area (FATO) at 433748N 0792348W, approximately 2,001 ft beyond runway 08 threshold on the north side of taxiway F. The FATO is 82 ft in diameter; arrival and departure directions extend clockwise from 107° to 231° from the FATO. Scheduled for October 31, 0300–1030; November 1, 0200–1200; November 3–7, 0400–1130; and November 8, 0300–1200.
