Interpretation

The RNP RWY 04L instrument approach is amended: LNAV/VNAV DA* for categories A, B and C is not authorized and must not be used. LNAV MDA** for those categories is raised to 850-1700M 501 (600-1700M), and the lighting note is changed: when the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase visibility to 2700M.
