Interpretation

RNP RWY 23L approach amended. LPV decision altitude and visibility minima are now CAT A 420/650 m, CAT B 433/650 m, CAT C 452/700 m, and CAT D 479/900 m. When TDZL or RCLS is inoperative, CAT A–C RVR increases to 750 m. When ALS is inoperative, CAT A–C RVR/visibility increases to 1400 m and CAT D to 1600 m.
