Interpretation

RNP RWY 23R approach amended. LPV decision altitude and visibility minima are now CAT A 415/650 m, CAT B 428/700 m, CAT C 447/800 m, and CAT D 474/900 m. When TDZL or RCLS is inoperative, CAT A–B RVR increases to 750 m. When ALS is inoperative, RVR/visibility increases to 1400 m for CAT A–B, 1500 m for CAT C, and 1600 m for CAT D.
