Interpretation

RNP RWY 03 instrument approach procedure amended. LPV DA minima changed to: CAT A 1925/750M, 288 (300-800M); CAT B 1938/750M, 301 (300-800M); CAT C 1946/750M, 309 (300-800M); and CAT D 1956/750M, 319 (400-800M). When the ALS is inoperative, increase RVR/visibility to 1400M.
