Interpretation

RNP RWY 03 instrument approach procedure amended: LPV DA changed to CAT A 1412/900 m, 285 (300-900 m); CAT B 1424/900 m, 297 (300-900 m); CAT C 1444/1000 m, 317 (400-1000 m); and CAT D 1470/1200 m, 343 (400-1200 m). When the associated ALS is inoperative, increase CAT A, B, and C RVR/visibility to 1400 m and CAT D RVR/visibility to 1600 m.
