Interpretation

Rothera is unavailable to all fixed-wing and rotary-wing traffic during BAS Dash 7 point-of-safe-return operations. Inbound aircraft commanders must contact Rothera Ops on the day of departure and before departing to confirm runway availability. Aircraft arriving during these operations will not receive landing permission and must plan to arrive outside those periods.
