Interpretation

The RNP approach to runway 04 is amended with LPV decision altitudes of 364/1300 m for category A, 376/1400 m for B, 396/1500 m for C and 423/1600 m for D. When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, the RVR/visibility minima increase to 1700 m for A, 1800 m for B, 1900 m for C and 2000 m for D.
