Interpretation

For military operations, work in progress near RWY 09R/27L requires the minima for all instrument approaches to be increased to circling minima, or to sidestep minima for RDAF aircraft only. Requests for approaches with lower minima must be coordinated with Karup ATC before leaving the departure aerodrome. See MIL AIP SUP 11/26.
