Interpretation

The US DoD E-IPL RNP RWY 01 procedure changes its LPV decision altitude minima: CAT A 341-1300M, CAT B 351-1400M, CAT C 361-1400M, and CAT D 371-1500M. When ALS is inoperative, increase visibility to 1500M for CAT A, 1600M for CAT B/C, and 1700M for CAT D. All other data remains unchanged.
