Interpretation

At ESSD, the OCA/OCH for the VOR RWY 32 procedure has been changed to 1290 ft (OCA) and 800 ft (OCH); circling minima for Categories A and B have also been changed to the same values, as referenced in AIP AD 2 ESSD 8-5.
