Interpretation

Nosy-Be/Fascene Airport shall not be used as an alternate aerodrome due to aircraft stand capacity restrictions. This applies on days 01, 08, 15 and 22 and 29 from 0210 to 0450; day 03 from 0445 to 0725 and 1050 to 1305; days 04, 11, 18 and 25 from 0410 to 0650; day 05 from 1125 to 1400; days 07, 14, 21 and 28 from 1055 to 1305; day 10 from 0410 to 0650 and 1050 to 1305; days 12, 19 and 26 from 1125 to 1320; and days 17 and 24 from 0410 to 0650, 0815 to 1040 and 1050 to 1305.
