Interpretation
At California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County, Arcata/Eureka, CA, takeoff minimums and obstacle departure procedures, Amendment 8, are changed: RWY 1 is 300-1 with a minimum climb of 360 feet per NM to 600, or 3100-3 for VCOA; RWY 14 is 400-2 1/2 with a minimum climb of 382 feet per NM to 600. For VCOA RWY 1, obtain ATC approval for VCOA when requesting IFR clearance. Climb in visual conditions to cross California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport westbound at or above 3200 to intercept ACV R-250 to HOCUT INT and continue climb to MEA on V27.
