Interpretation

Austin-Bergstrom International RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 18R approach amendment 3B: LNAV/VNAV decision altitude is 906 feet MSL (HAT 364) for all categories. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase LNAV/VNAV visibility for all categories and LNAV category E visibility to RVR 5500. These changes do not apply when ATCT advises that the temporary crane southwest of RWY 18R is down.
