Interpretation
Essex County Airport LOC RWY 22 approach is amended to 4D. Delete SAX VORTAC and the SAX 15.9 DME reference at FAAIR intersection from the plan view. Circling is not authorized east of RWY 4-22. When the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the EWR setting, increase all MDAs by 60 ft, and increase S-LOC 22 category A and circling category C visibility by 1/4 SM. For KOLLI intersection minimums, increase all MDAs by 60 ft and S-LOC 22 categories C/D and circling categories A/C visibility by 1/4 SM. Delete the profile note stating that VGSI and descent angles are not coincident.
