Interpretation
For the Grand Marais/Cook County RNAV (GPS) RWY 28 approach, amendment 3A, use the Ely altimeter setting when the local setting is unavailable and increase all decision altitudes and minimum descent altitudes by 200 feet and all visibility minimums by 3/4 statute mile. Baro-VNAV and the visual descent point are unavailable when using the Ely setting. CKC AWOS is out of service.
