Interpretation

Erie Municipal (Erie, CO) Obstacle Departure Procedure (Amendment 2A) and takeoff minimums are changed, effective from 08 Sep 2025 1650 to 08 Sep 2027 1649 EST. Runway 16: standard takeoff minimums with a required minimum climb of 475 ft per NM to 8200 ft MSL. Runway 34: standard takeoff minimums with a required minimum climb of 450 ft per NM to 8200 ft MSL. Added takeoff obstacle note for RWY 16: multiple buildings beginning 4584 ft from DER, 1554 ft left of centerline, up to 33 ft AGL/5265 ft MSL; and a light pole 4884 ft from DER, 1330 ft left of centerline, 62 ft AGL/5266 ft MSL. All references to RWY 15/33 are changed to RWY 16/34; all other data remains as published.
