Interpretation
For the Evanston-Uinta County Burns Field RNAV (GPS) Runway 23 approach, Amendment 4B, when the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase LNAV/VNAV visibility for all categories to 7/8 statute mile and LNAV Category C visibility to 1 statute mile. The inoperative-components table does not apply to LNAV Category D.
