Interpretation
The ILS or LOC runway 03 instrument approach procedure is amended. S-LOC 03 minima without DME are: category A 1655-3/4, 971 (1000-3/4); category B 1655-1, 971 (1000-1); and categories C, D, and E 1655-2 1/2, 971 (1000-2 1/2). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase visibility to 1 1/4 miles for category A, 1 1/2 miles for category B, and 3 miles for categories C, D, and E. Circling minima without DME are: category A 1660-1 1/4, 970 (1000-1 1/4); category B 1660-1 1/2, 970 (1000-1 1/2); and categories C, D, and E 1660-3, 970 (1000-3).
