Interpretation
For Bowerman Field ILS or LOC RWY 24, Amendment 4D, the missed approach is revised to climb to 1,300 feet, then make a climbing left turn to 5,000 feet on heading 190 and the AST VOR/DME R-321 to ZEDAT at AST 28.73 DME and hold; DME is required. Radar is required for procedure entry except for aircraft equipped with a suitable GPS-based RNAV system because the HQM VORTAC is out of service.
