Interpretation

Valley Intl, Harlingen, TX. RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 36L, amendment 3, is changed: LNAV/VNAV DA/HAT all cats 430/394 and LNAV/VNAV visibility all cats 1 1/8. When local altimeter setting is not received, use PIL altimeter setting: increase LPV DA to 278 feet; increase LNAV/VNAV DA to 472 feet and all visibilities to 1/8 SM; increase all MDAs 60 feet and LNAV visibility cats C and D to 1/8 SM, and circling visibility cats C and D to 1/4 SM.
