Interpretation

ILS or LOC runway 19R Amendment 5H is changed: SPOIL fix minimums, requiring dual VOR receivers, are S-LOC 19R MDA 1,760 feet MSL/HAT 430 feet for all categories. With MALSR inoperative, S-ILS 19R Category E visibility increases to RVR 4,000; S-LOC 19R Category E visibility increases to 1 3/4 miles; and SPOIL fix S-LOC 19R Category C, D, and E visibility increases to 1 1/4 miles.
