Interpretation

Gulf Shores Intl/Jack Edwards Field RNAV (GPS) RWY 27, amendment 2B: LPV DA is 387 feet (HAT 370), with 1 SM visibility for all categories; LNAV MDA is 440 feet (HAT 423), with 1 SM visibility for all categories. Circling MDA is 580 feet (HAA 563) for categories A/B. VDP is not available, and RWY 27 helicopter visibility reduction below 1 SM is not authorized. Revised notes require use of the Pensacola Intl altimeter setting when the local setting is unavailable, with LPV DA increased to 465 feet, LNAV/VNAV DA to 559 feet and all visibilities by 1/4 SM, and all MDAs by 80 feet and categories C/D visibility by 1/4 SM. With the approach lighting system inoperative, LNAV categories C/D visibility increases to 1 1/4 SM; when also using Pensacola altimeter-setting minimums, LPV all-category and LNAV categories C/D visibility increase to 1 3/8 SM. Temporary cranes reach 265 feet MSL, 4,964 feet southwest of the airport.
