Interpretation
RNAV (GPS) RWY 5L, Orig-D, is changed: LNAV/VNAV DA is 1115 feet with HAT 371 and 5/8 SM visibility for all categories; LNAV MDA is 1220 feet with HAT 476 for all categories, with 7/8 SM visibility for categories C/D; circling MDA is 1260 feet with HAA 516 for categories A/B. Disregard ZOGAM fix. If the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the John Glenn Columbus altimeter setting, increase LPV DA to 797 feet, LNAV/VNAV DA to 1150 feet, all MDAs by 40 feet, and circling category D visibility by 1/4 SM. Temporary cranes southeast of RWY 5L and southwest of RWY 5R affect the procedure.
