Interpretation

At Rickenbacker International, the ILS or LOC RWY 5L approach (Amendment 1C) has revised S-LOC 5L minimum descent altitude of 1,220 ft (HAT 476 ft) for all categories and visibility of 1 SM for categories C/D. Disregard ZOGAM fix minimums. If the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase category C/D visibility by 1/8 SM. A temporary crane at 862 ft MSL is 1.9 NM southwest of RWY 5R.
