Interpretation

MOBILE Regional ILS or LOC RWY 15 and ILS RWY 15 SA CAT I and II, Amendment 32A, missed approach changed: climb to 2,000 feet on heading 147, then turn right on the BFM VORTAC R-242 to SAINT/BFM 9.20 DME and hold; DME is required. Radar is required for procedure entry except for aircraft equipped with a suitable GPS-based RNAV system. This change applies while SJI VOR is out of service.
