Interpretation

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 29 approach, amendment 4B: LPV decision altitude and LNAV/VNAV decision altitude are not authorized. LNAV visibility is RVR 4500 for categories A/B and RVR 6000 for C/D. With the approach lighting system inoperative, LNAV visibility increases to 1 1/4 SM for A/B and 1 3/4 SM for C/D.
