Interpretation

Part 2 of 2: A large vessel transiting the channel affects multiple approaches. Runway 10 approaches and runway 28 departures are not authorized during portions of the transit; crews should expect delays of up to 30 minutes, and circling approaches are not authorized. RNAV (GPS) runway 10 LNAV/VNAV DA and LNAV MDA minima increase, as do PAR without glideslope runway 10 minima. When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, additional visibility increases apply to the PAR without glideslope approach.
