Interpretation
PECOS MUNI RNAV (GPS) RWY 32, ORIG-C procedure is amended: LNAV/VNAV DA is 3,000 feet with HAT 395 and visibility 1 1/8 SM for all categories; LNAV MDA is 3,100 feet with HAT 495 for all categories, with visibility 1 3/8 SM for categories C and D; circling MDA for categories A and B is 3,160 feet with HAA 547; and VDP is not authorized. When the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Wink altimeter setting, increase LPV DA to 2,900 feet and all visibility minima by 1/8 SM, and increase LNAV/VNAV DA to 3,095 feet and all visibility minima by 1/4 SM. The remainder of the altimeter note is unchanged. These changes account for temporary rigs west and southwest of Runway 32.
