Interpretation

The ILS or LOC/DME Z RWY 18 instrument approach procedure is amended: LOC MDA is 1,720 feet/HAT 453 feet with visibility 1 for all categories; when the approach lighting system is inoperative, visibility increases to 1⅜ for all categories. Circling MDA is 1,880 feet/HAA 590 feet for categories A and B, and 2,000 feet/HAA 710 feet for categories C, D, and E. Circling visibility is 1 for categories A and B, 2 for category C, 2¼ for category D, and 2½ for category E.
