Interpretation

ILS or LOC Y RWY 15 instrument approach procedure amended: ILS DA 519/HAT 225, RVR 40 or visibility 3/4 mile for all categories. When ALS is inoperative, increase Categories A and B to RVR 55 or 1 mile visibility and Categories C, D, and E to 1 5/8 miles visibility. LOC MDA is 860/HAT 566 for all categories, with RVR 40 or 3/4 mile visibility for Categories A and B and 1 1/4 miles visibility for Categories C, D, and E. When ALS is inoperative, increase Categories A and B to RVR 55 or 1 mile visibility and Categories C, D, and E to 1 5/8 miles visibility.
