Interpretation

RNP RWY 14 LPV decision altitude minima are amended: category A, 1883/1500 m, 480 (500–1500 m); B, 1893/1500 m, 490 (500–1500 m); C, 1913/1600 m, 510 (500–1600 m); D, 1943/1700 m, 540 (600–1700 m). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase visibility to 2200 m for A, 2300 m for B, and 2400 m for C and D; RVR is not authorized for any category.
