Interpretation

Restricted area within Adana MIL TMA is established, centered on 370006N0352532E with a radius of 14 NM and vertical limits SFC-80000 FT AMSL. When air defence systems are in normal status, all military and civilian traffic will not be affected. When air defence systems become active, all traffic within 10 NM of Incirlik AD, Cukurova International AD, Sakirpasa AD and Hur AD will be sequenced for landing by Incirlik Approach, traffic outside 10 NM will be held at appropriate points north of the area, and departures from the affected aerodromes will not be permitted. Continuous two-way real-time RTF contact with Ankara ACC or Incirlik ATC is required, and guard frequency monitoring is required.
