Interpretation

IFR takeoff minimums and obstacle departure procedures for Runway 35L are changed. The omnidirectional departure is standard with a DER crossing height of 16 ft AGL (1,606 ft MSL). In the authorized clockwise sector from 110° through 050°, cross the DER at or above that height, climb on heading 353° to 2,000 ft, then proceed on course. Departures in the clockwise sector from 050° to 110° are not authorized. Several terrain obstacles are identified at or near the DER on both sides of the extended centerline, with elevations up to 1,601 ft MSL.
