Interpretation

IFR and VFR aircraft departing from or arriving at Kermanshah aerodrome must have an SSR Mode S transponder with ADS-B capability or ADS-B equipment with dedicated 1090 MHz ADS-B Out capability. Flights engaged in hospital operations are exempt.
