All general aviation and VFR flights are suspended, except training flights within the ATZs of OITZ, OIHR, OITT, OIIB, OIIP, OINJ, OIYR, OIYP, OISO, OINN, OINR, OINE, OIKK, OIMN, OIMG, OIMS and OIMM; hospital, search and rescue, state and military flights; and IFR flights to or from airports without a navigation aid that must transition to VFR during arrival or departure. Other VFR flights require prior permission from the Civil Aviation Authority.
