Interpretation
For the Noatak RNAV (GPS) RWY 1 ORIG-B approach, when the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Kotzebue altimeter setting; increase LPV and LNAV/VNAV DAs to 446 feet, increase all MDAs by 120 feet, and increase visibility to 5/8 SM for LNAV Categories C and D, 1/2 SM for circling Category C, and 3/4 SM for circling Category D. WTK AWOS is out of service.
