Interpretation

Two free balloons will be released from six specified points in Hokkaido at 1500–1830, with activity scheduled for 1500–2230. Each balloon is expected to remain aloft for four hours within the specified area over Hokkaido and the high seas, excluding the RJCK and RJCB control zones.
