RWY 27 requires 500-2 1/2 with a minimum climb of 300 ft/NM to 3,000 ft, or 1900-3 for a VCOA. For a RWY 09 or RWY 27 VCOA, obtain ATC approval when requesting IFR clearance and climb in visual conditions to cross Antonio Rivera Rodriguez Airport at or above 1,800 ft before proceeding on course.
