Interpretation

For the ILS or LOC RWY 21 Amendment 24A, ILS RWY 21 (SA CAT I) Amendment 24A, and ILS RWY 21 (CAT II and III) Amendment 24A procedures, the missed approach is changed to climb to 2,800 feet, then make a climbing right turn to 6,500 feet on heading 048.00 to intercept the COE VOR/DME R-245, proceed to COE VOR/DME, and hold. Radar is required for procedure entry except for aircraft equipped with a suitable GPS-based RNAV system. The GEG VOR sector from 001° clockwise to 090° is unusable.
