Interpretation

The RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 23L approach at Indianapolis Intl has revised minima: LPV DA 1046 feet MSL (HAT 256) for all categories; LNAV/VNAV DA 1182 feet MSL (HAT 392) with RVR 3000 for all categories; and LNAV MDA 1280 feet MSL (HAT 490), with RVR 5000 for categories C and D. The VDP is 1.29 NM from RWY 23L. If the ALS is inoperative, LNAV visibility for categories C and D increases to 1 3/4 SM. Two temporary cranes are noted near RWY 23L: one at 971 feet MSL, 3,933 feet northeast of the runway, and one at 931 feet MSL, 1,972 feet south of the runway.
